Circuits in P.E.

In October in P.E, we commenced a block of fitness work.  We started off with circuits.  We did 3 rounds of circuits with 30 seconds per exercise with a short break between each exercise.  In their pods, the students then created their own set of circuits and taught the exercises to another pod.
