Well-being Week

10th May 2021

We had a fantastic time celebrating well-being week. We learned all about how important it is to look after our body and our mind. We learned that exercise, healthy eating and being kind to ourselves can make us feel happier! We started off each morning practicing mindfulness by doing our 'rainbow breath'. We also had great fun trying out different movement breaks, during the day such as dancing and yoga. We To mark the end of well-being week we hosted our very own talent show. The boys and girls were given the opportunity to showcase all of their amazing talents and skills- we saw some amazing, singers, dancers and even beat-boxers! Overall we learned so much about well-being and we will continue to practice and promote well-being everyday in our classroom.
