This week, 20th – 24th April is Active School Week in St. Peter’s.
Our pupils will be taking part in lots of different activities during the week to increase their physical activity.
Each class will taking additional PE sessions and will be embarking on walks outside of the school (weather permitting). Even our staff will have Active movement homework/challenges!!!
Instead of writing homework, the children have ‘active homework’ to do. They will still have learning and reading homework, but no writing homework. Our pupils were given active homework sheets on Monday. The activities are all suitable to be carried out in your home with limited equipment.
We encourage all children to complete all of their active homework. We also hope the whole family could get involved!
