End of year school strings’ open days-15th and 16th of June 2026
It's very hard to describe in words how amazing the past two days have been. Hundreds of parents/guardians, family members, friends and past pupils poured through the doors of the school hall over the course of the two days. We had sweet singing, wonderful wizardry on the violin, creative collaborations, amazing attention and astonishing appreciation for all the boys, girls and staff who work so hard each week and get so much in return form our magnificent strings' project- now 16 years old and counting.
From the wonderfully inspiring Sr. Bernadette Sweeney to the gifted violinist and past pupil, Lily Yang (beautifully accompanied by Klara), our marvellous school orchestra (overseen by the wonderful Ciara and Mary) to our amazing school choir (under the tutelage of Ms. Dignam, Ms. McCabe and Ms. Mahon), Ms. Oliver (our strings' project co-ordinator) the entire staff of St. Peter's who work behind the scenes each week, our entire pupil cohort in St. Peter's as well as our supportive family members and friends. All of the parts combined make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
The gift of music is one that will always be cherished and appreciated.
