Restorative Practice Parental Circles session with Monica Monahan from the Anti-bullying Institute
We were delighted to host Monica Monahan from the Anti-bullying Institute on the 1st of October who delivered a pilot Restorative Practice (RP) Circle session with one of our 4th classes, met with our Restorative Practice core team (consisting of six staff members) and followed this by meeting with the whole staff to discuss our plans in relation to implementing Restorative Practice circles this coming year and beyond.
We rounded off the day by inviting parents into the hall for a facilitation session in implementing Restorative Practice circles at home.
We hope all of our parents, staff and pupils found the sessions informative and we will start to implement RP circles in school and at home into the future.
