6th class graduate from St. Peter’s

29th Jun 2023

On Wednesday, 28th of June, our two 6th classes (Ms. Carroll's and Ms. Gavaghan's) graduated from St. Peter's N.S. The hall was packed as almost 50 of our 6th classes students reached the end of their primary education.

We want to sincerely thank all of those who helped out in preparation for today's ceremony. To Derek, Debbie, Glenda and Martina for setting up the hall beautifully and to Glanmore Foods for providing refreshments. To Collette, our secretary for creating our beautiful certificates. Thanks to Ms. Dignam and Ms. Vaughan for supporting us on the day. A special word of thanks to our four orators who spoke wonderfully about their time in St. Peter's (Maeve and Adam D. in Ms. Gavaghan's and Isabella and Matthew in Ms. Carroll's). I want to sincerely thank our string ensemble comprising of 5th and 6th classes violinists and cellists. A special thanks to Lily and Isabella from Ms. Hughes' 5th class for putting in the extra hours with lunch time rehearsals over the past number of weeks. Of course, our boys and girls were supported and guided by their amazingly dedicated teachers Ms. Carroll and Ms. Gavaghan over the course of the past year. I sincerely thank them.

I want to congratulate and thank our 6th class boys and girls (of 2022/2023) for their hard work, support and dedication to the school over the past 8 years. We wish them and their supportive parents the very best of luck when they move onto secondary school and into the future. Don't be strangers as our doors are always open!
