Admissions/Enrolments to St. Peter's National School for the 2026/2027 school year - Admissions/Enrolments to St. Peter's National School will commence from the 1st of October (at 9:30am) and will close on the 19th of December 2025 (5pm) Please see home page and parents' section for more details. 6th classes trip to Leinster House- Wednesday, 11th of March
On Wednesday, 11th of March, our two 6th classes (Ms. Carroll's and Ms. McDermott's) took the relatively short trip to Leinster House for a guided tour and a chance to meet with Marie Sherlock (Labour TD). Our usher (Ray) was very interesting and informative as he took us on a tour of Leinster House to include the Dáil chambers, the Seanad (Senate). We saw portraits of former Taoisigh and leaders of the senate in the past as well as a copy of the original proclamation of the Irish Republic.
