A Trip to the Post Office

This month Junior Infants have been learning all about the Post Office. We have talked a lot about the people who work in the Post Office, how they sort the letters and parcels and how they deliver them. We also discussed the steps involved in posting a letter. We even set up a Post Office in our role play area in the classroom. As part of Valentine’s Day, we went on a trip to the local Post Office in Phibsboro to post valentine’s day cards for our loved ones.
