Admissions/Enrolments to St. Peter's National School for the 2026/2027 school year - Admissions/Enrolments to St. Peter's National School will commence from the 1st of October and will close on the 19th of December 2025. This month we are focusing on the theme 'Homes and Houses'.
For our play- time session ( Aistear) we have four stations that the boys and girls engage in. Each week, the groups rotate their station.
First station: Construction station- the boys and girls design their own house and then can construct it using blocks.
Second station:Small World station We are reading the story 'the three little pigs'. Using puppets the boys and girls can recreate the story,often adding new parts or endings!
3rd station: Home Corner station- the boys and girls familiarize themselves with the kitchen and help to set the table and cook delicious food!
4th station: Arts and Crafts station- the children were very busy cutting and sticking this week, to create their own houses.
