Admissions/Enrolments to St. Peter's National School for the 2026/2027 school year - Admissions/Enrolments to St. Peter's National School will commence from the 1st of October (at 9:30am) and will close on the 19th of December 2025 (5pm) Please see home page and parents' section for more details. Enrolment forms will be available from the 1st of October 2025.
On Tuesday, 2nd of December, our U-13 boys' and girls' teams made the relatively short trip to the Indoor Sports' arena in Blanchardstown for the Olympic Handball Dublin qualifiers. Our boys were up against St. David's N.S. St. Pat's Drumcondra and Scoil San Treasa, Mount Merrion. Our girls' team played two games each against St. Brigid's Killester and Scoil San Treasa, Mount Merrion. The girls found the opposition difficult but performed very well in the circumstances. The boys started off very well against St. David's N.S, winning 4-0. In our second match, we face d a very accomplished Scoil San Treasa who narrowly beat up 5-4. In our final deciding match, we just came up short against St. Pat's losing 3-1 to finish 3rd in the group. Thanks to the boys and girls for all their hard work over the past number of months, to their coaches (Ms. McKenna and Ms. Brosnan) and our Handball administrator Ms. Carroll.
