Admissions/Enrolments to St. Peter's National School for the 2026/2027 school year - Admissions/Enrolments to St. Peter's National School will commence from the 1st of October (at 9:30am) and will close on the 19th of December 2025 (5pm) Please see home page and parents' section for more details. Enrolment forms will be available from the 1st of October 2025.
On 12th November, we visited Phibsboro Library. The librarian gave us a tour of the library and she explained about the Dewey Decimal Classification that is used to arrange books in the library. We learned that this system of arranging books was first introduced by Melvil Dewey in 1876. In groups, we went on a scavenger hunt around the library. We then got time to choose some books to borrow from the library. As you will see from the photographs, some of us really enjoyed relaxing with a good book!
