Jabnia, a fantastic member of staff in St. Peter's, is from Mexico and she celebrates 'Dia de Muertos' (Day of the Dead) every year. One of the traditions is to make sugar skulls and artwork using the sugar skull design. Jabnia came into our class and explained to us about Dia de Muertos and all the traditions that associated with the day. We created our own sugar skull designs and Jabnia was extremely impressed with the creativity in the class.
