In January during Teams classes, we took part in a Rosary competition. The title of the competition was The Rosary in the Time of Covid. It was open to both primary schools and secondary schools. In break-out rooms on Teams, we discussed ways in which we could pray The Rosary during Covid and also how to make The Rosary as inclusive as possible. Our class won the competition. One of the groups got a special mention from the competition organisers and their entry is in this news item. The prize was a €500 donation to charity. The class discussed many charities and they decided to donate the money to Down Syndrome Ireland.
