6th Class took part in a range of activities for well-being week this week. On Wednesday 8th February sixth class taught a lesson to Ms.Doran’s fabulous first class pupils. They reminded first class on the importance of being grateful for all that we have in our lives and little ways to overcome the feeling of jealousy. They read the amazing book, “Take Five” by Niall Breslin and then partnered up with the children for a small activity!They were brilliant and I see a few budding teachers in them already!!
The advice on the day was, “Take five! Think of things that make life fun and count each finger one by one”.
On Thursday 9th we went to Shandon Park for our walk during Well-being Week. Sixth class played a game of rounders, soccer and played in the playground. We really enjoyed our trip.
