We had such a lovely time celebrating Wellbeing Week in our class. We enjoyed the daily breathing exercises (finger breathing was our favourite!), feelings check-ins, activity breaks, and gratitude practices. We made a chain of thanks to highlight all that we are grateful for. I was blown away by the amazing talent on show in Thursday's Talent Show! Each act was so unique, and the boys and girls were so supportive of one another! We finished off on a high with 'Feel Good Friday', where everyone wore their own clothes to celebrate their individuality, and we had a dance party to end the day!
