Wellness Week Talent Show!

As part of Well-being week we did many activities. We learned lots of different breathing techniques (eg. Belly breathing, rainbow breathing, finger breathing). We used our check in/check out box to share what we were excited or nervous about. We learned that a problem shared is a problem halved!
We also celebrated how everyone is unique and showed off our talents at the talent show!
